Dani Olmo has no plans to leave Barcelona despite Bayern Munich links

Dani Olmo is not considering leaving Barcelona during the winter transfer window, despite reports linking him with a move to Bayern Munich.

The Spain midfielder is happy with his current position at Barcelona and intends to remain at the Catalan club in the immediate future, according to journalist Florian Plettenberg.

Bayern Munich had been mentioned as a possible destination for Olmo, but the German club are not currently working on a deal to sign him.

Olmo is currently recovering from an injury suffered in Barcelona’s 4-2 defeat by Paris Saint-Germain on 20 October in the third round of the Champions League league phase.

Medical tests showed that the 27-year-old had damaged the adductor muscle in his left thigh. His recovery is expected to take about a month.
