Franco-Cameroonian centre-back Samory Bissog has joined AS Jullouville on a free transfer from Avranches U18. The 18-year-old defender moves across Normandy after leaving the Avranches youth set-up to link up with his new club ahead of the 2026-27 campaign.
Bissog, born in Avranches in January 2008, is a right-footed central defender and stands at 1.84m. His switch to AS Jullouville marks the latest step in a development path that has already taken him through several youth systems in northern France.
He arrived at Avranches U18 in July 2025 after a spell without a club, having previously been on the books of Le Havre at under-17 level. Before that, he came through the youth ranks at Avranches, moving from Avranches’ junior sides to Le Havre U17 in 2023, also on a free transfer.
Bissog’s return to the Avranches structure in 2025 set up this latest move after one season at U18 level, with AS Jullouville now securing his services as he steps into senior football. He is eligible to represent both France and Cameroon internationally.
The defender’s free transfer to AS Jullouville has been completed ahead of the new season, with the club adding the locally raised centre-back to their squad.
