Boubacar Coulibaly: Mali-Italian forward joins Flaminia on free transfer from A. Lodigiani

Flaminia have signed Mali-Italian centre-forward Boubacar Coulibaly on a free transfer from Serie D rivals A. Lodigiani. The 25-year-old moves across the same division’s Group G, strengthening Flaminia’s attacking options ahead of the new campaign.

Coulibaly, who holds both Malian and Italian nationality, leaves Lodigiani after featuring in Italy’s fourth tier and now remains in familiar surroundings with another Serie D – Girone G club. The move keeps him within the same competitive landscape, offering continuity while presenting a fresh opportunity to establish himself in a new set-up.

Primarily a central striker, Coulibaly arrives with a listed market value of around €100,000, underlining his standing at this level of Italian football. His switch adds depth through the middle of Flaminia’s forward line and offers flexibility in selection for the coaching staff in a division where squad balance is often decisive over a long season.

By recruiting an attacking player already accustomed to the demands and travel of Group G, Flaminia have opted for a profile that should adapt quickly to their environment. Coulibaly’s experience in the same league is expected to ease his integration into the dressing room and tactical structure.

The deal, completed as a free transfer on 17 July 2026, sees Coulibaly registered as a Flaminia player in time for their forthcoming Serie D – Girone G campaign.
