Wiliete Sport Clube de Benguela have signalled a major assault on the Angolan Girabola and the 2026‐27 CAF Champions League after completing the marquee signing of national team striker Agostinho Mabululu.
The Angolan Cup holders, who have been quietly rebuilding for months, unveiled the 34‐year‐old forward on Tuesday, confirming him as the latest high‐profile addition to an increasingly star‐studded squad.
Mabululu arrives as a free agent following the end of his contract with Libyan Premier League side Ittihad Alexandria SC on 30 June, and has signed a two‐year deal with the Benguela club.
The transfer takes Wiliete’s tally of new recruits to nine in this window, underlining the scale of the club’s ambition both domestically and on the continent.
