Former Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola is reportedly considering attending the club’s next home match, according to The Real Tolmie’s Hairdoo, which cited a source within the club.
The report claims Guardiola has told Manchester City officials that he wants to be present and support the team during what it describes as a difficult period.
Manchester City were previously found guilty of financial wrongdoing, although the club denies the allegations.
The Premier League side’s next fixture is away to Liverpool on 11 October, when Enzo Maresca’s team will play in the sixth round of the Premier League.
Manchester City then host Paris Saint-Germain on 14 October in the second round of the league phase of the Champions League.
