Paris Brunner transfer rumour: Bayern Munich linked with Monaco forward

Germany and DR Congo centre-forward Paris Brunner is the subject of a transfer rumour linking him with a move from Monaco to Bayern Munich.

The reported switch would take the 20-year-old from Ligue 1 to the Bundesliga, with Bayern identified as the club interested in securing his services. Brunner plays as a centre-forward and remains under contract at Monaco until 30 June 2028.

Brunner’s estimated market value is €15 million, a figure that provides an indication of his current standing as the speculation develops. The available details do not establish whether the clubs have opened formal negotiations or whether a bid has been made.

The rumour emerged on 29 October 2026, with Brunner still a Monaco player. His existing contract gives the French club control over his future beyond the current season and means any potential move would require an agreement between Monaco and Bayern.

Brunner’s dual nationality is Germany and the Democratic Republic of Congo. The Bayern link would represent a possible return to German football for the young forward, but the move remains at the rumour stage and there is no confirmation that an agreement has been reached.

For now, Brunner’s contractual situation is unchanged: he is tied to Monaco until June 2028.
