French-Senegalese midfielder Pape Cabral, 19, is the subject of a transfer rumour linking him with a move from Monaco to Saudi Pro League club Al-Ahli.
Cabral has yet to make an appearance for Monaco this season, with the club having played two possible Ligue 1 matches and two UEFA Conference League qualifying fixtures. He is listed as a central midfielder and has been part of Monaco’s pathway through the youth ranks.
The teenager stepped up from Monaco Under-21s to the senior squad on 1 July 2026. He previously progressed from Monaco Under-19s to the Under-21 side, having joined the club from Mainvilliers in 2022.
Cabral was part of Monaco’s Under-19 side that won the French Youth Cup in the 2022-23 season. His current market value is listed at €1.2m.
The reported interest from Al-Ahli comes shortly after his move into Monaco’s first-team group, but there is no indication of an agreed fee or completed negotiations. Cabral remains under contract with Monaco until 30 June 2031.
