Alexander Mostovoy says Harry Kane deserved the Ballon d’Or after the Bayern striker claimed the award for the first time in his career.
The former Russia international commented on Kane’s victory and highlighted the forward’s goal-scoring record as a key reason for his success.
Kane was announced as the winner at the Ballon d’Or ceremony on 26 October. He finished ahead of Real Madrid forward Kylian Mbappe and Barcelona winger Lamine Yamal, who placed second and third respectively.
