Algerian-French winger Fares Ghedjemis is being linked with a move from Frosinone to Monaco, with the Ligue 1 club monitoring the 23-year-old as a potential summer signing.
Ghedjemis plays on the right wing and is under contract with Frosinone until 30 June 2028. His current market value is listed at €7.5m, although no transfer fee has been reported in connection with the rumour.
The Montreuil-born player joined Frosinone from French club FC Rouen in January 2024 for a reported €300,000. He has since made 58 appearances in Serie B, scoring 17 goals and providing four assists.
Ghedjemis began his senior career in France and represented Le Havre B, Evreux FC 27, Vannes and Rouen before moving to Italy. His record in France’s National 1 with Rouen and Vannes included seven goals and nine assists in 29 appearances.
He has also made six Serie A appearances for Frosinone, while his 2026 World Cup record lists one appearance without a goal or assist. The available figures do not indicate a starting role in that match.
Monaco’s reported interest comes with Ghedjemis established at Frosinone and still tied to the club for two more seasons beyond the current campaign. Any move would therefore require an agreement between the two clubs rather than a free transfer.
