Bayern Munich midfielder Jamal Musiala has seen his market value fall by a further €20m to €80m, according to the latest Bundesliga figures published by Transfermarkt Germany.
The 23-year-old’s valuation has now dropped below €100m after a season affected by injury and inconsistent performances.
Musiala’s market value reached a peak of €140m in December 2024 and remained at that level until June 2025. However, he suffered a serious injury during the 2025 Club World Cup, which had a direct impact on his performances during the 2025/26 season.
He made 24 appearances for Bayern Munich during that campaign, scoring five goals and providing six assists. His valuation had fallen to €100m by the end of the season.
Musiala was also unable to significantly improve his position at the subsequent FIFA World Cup in North America. He scored only once in the tournament, with his goal coming against Curacao.
A Transfermarkt Bundesliga market value administrator said Musiala’s latest reduction reflected both his fitness problems and form.
“Unfortunately, Musiala has been affected over the past few months. Due to various health issues and resulting fluctuations in his competitive form, the German international’s market value has fallen by a further €20 million to €80 million,” they said.
“While we still see occasional glimpses of his exceptional performances, which highlight his extraordinary talent, ultimately his lack of consistency and current overall poor form have prevented him from remaining in the €100 million bracket.”
The latest assessment leaves Musiala €60m below the highest valuation of his career. It also marks a further decline from the €100m figure recorded at the end of the 2025/26 season, following a campaign in which his appearances and output were limited after his Club World Cup injury.
