He is joined by Egypt’s Emam Ashour, who combined his technical ability with an influential performance against South Sudan. Ashour provided an assist and made four key passes in the 5-0 victory.
South Africa’s Relebohile Mofokeng is selected on the left after an outstanding performance in the 5-0 win against Eritrea. The Union Saint-Gilloise winger scored twice and supplied three key passes, earning a perfect 10/10 rating.
Rodolfo Aloko completes the midfield on the right. The Benin player also scored twice, finding the net against Mauritania, and added two key passes.
The forward line features Egypt’s Omar Marmoush and Tunisia’s Hazem Mastouri. Both players scored twice in the second round of matches. Marmoush struck a brace for the Pharaohs against South Sudan, while Mastouri scored two for the Carthage Eagles in their meeting with Botswana.
