French-Algerian attacking midfielder Belkacem Dali-Amar has left SM Caen and is now without a club after completing his departure on 5 August 2026.
The 28-year-old joined Caen from QRM on a free transfer in July 2025. His time at the club lasted one season before the move ended, with Dali-Amar now available following his exit from the Ligue 3 side.
Dali-Amar is a versatile attacking midfielder who can use both feet. Born in Martigues, he began his senior career with FC Martigues after coming through the club’s under-19 setup. He later played for Foresta Suceava, AS Gemenos, Cote Bleue, Marignane GFC, Aubagne FC and Chamois Niort before returning to Martigues.
His career has been concentrated in the French lower divisions. He has made 70 appearances in Ligue 3, scoring 13 goals and providing eight assists. In National 1 – Group C, he recorded 19 goals in 57 appearances, while he scored 15 times in 32 matches in National 2 – Group A. He has also scored seven goals in 14 Coupe de France appearances.
Dali-Amar’s previous moves have largely been completed as free transfers, including his switches to Chamois Niort, FC Martigues, Aubagne FC and Marignane GFC. He also spent part of his career outside France with Romanian club Foresta Suceava before returning to his home country.
The midfielder’s market value is listed at €200,000, while his highest recorded value was €500,000 in 2025. His departure from SM Caen was completed on 5 August 2026, leaving Dali-Amar without a club.
