AS FAR arrive in Saïdia ahead of crucial CAF champions league semi-final second leg vs RS Berkane

AS FAR have arrived in the coastal city of Saïdia as they step up preparations for the decisive second leg of their CAF Champions League semi-final against RS Berkane.

The Rabat-based side departed from Rabat-Salé Airport en route to Oujda before continuing their journey to Saïdia, where they will complete the final phase of their build-up.

As part of their preparation schedule, AS FAR are expected to hold a training session on Thursday night at the Saïdia sports complex, with media granted access to observe proceedings.

The team will then shift focus to the match venue, with their final training session scheduled for Friday at the Berkane Municipal Stadium ahead of the high-stakes encounter.

AS FAR go into the return leg in a strong position after securing a 2–0 victory in the first leg at the Moulay Abdellah Stadium.

Goals from Ahmed Hammoudan and Khaled Aït Ouarkhane gave the Moroccan side a crucial advantage, placing them within touching distance of a place in the final.

The second leg is set for Saturday night at 8:00 PM at the Berkane Municipal Stadium, where AS FAR will aim to protect their lead and complete the job.

However, RS Berkane will be determined to overturn the deficit in front of their home supporters, setting up what is expected to be a tense and fiercely contested all-Moroccan semi-final showdown on the continental stage.
