Anas Kharmoud: Italy-Morocco winger joins Legnago on free transfer from Pistoiese

Italy-Morocco right midfielder Anas Kharmoud has joined Legnago on a free transfer from Pistoiese, signing a deal until 30 June 2027. The 25-year-old, who prefers to play on the right flank, makes the move within Serie D as he switches from Group D side Pistoiese to Group C outfit Legnago.

Kharmoud arrives with extensive experience at Serie D level, having amassed more than 200 appearances in the division across his senior career. He has been valued at around €50,000 and now links up with a Legnago team looking to strengthen their wide options ahead of the new campaign.

The midfielder had only been at Pistoiese for two seasons, joining them in July 2024 after leaving Team Altamura, also on a free transfer. Before his spell in Tuscany, he turned out for Gravina and Mezzolara, building a consistent record of minutes and end product in Italy’s fourth tier.

Across his time in Serie D, Kharmoud has featured regularly both in league and cup competitions, contributing goals and assists while also appearing in play-off and play-out fixtures. His reliability is underlined by more than 14,000 senior minutes at this level, including over 220 league matches and outings in the Coppa Serie D.

Standing at 1.77m and right-footed, Kharmoud adds versatility and experience on the flank for Legnago as they reshape their squad. The move continues a career spent entirely in Italian football, progressing from youth sides into a seasoned presence in Serie D.

Kharmoud’s transfer from Pistoiese to Legnago is a permanent free transfer and takes effect immediately.
