Moroccan left winger Abdellah Ziani has joined Egyptian Premier League side El Masry from Difaa El Jadida. The 23-year-old has completed his move to the Port Said club after leaving the Botola Pro Inwi outfit, becoming the latest North African addition to the Egyptian top flight.
Ziani, born in Sale in May 2003, is an attack-minded wide player who operates primarily on the left flank and favours his right foot. Standing at 1.67m, he will add a different profile to El Masry’s forward options as they prepare for the new campaign in Egypt’s Premier League.
The transfer marks Ziani’s first move outside Morocco after his time with Difaa El Jadida, where he developed his game in the domestic top tier. His growing reputation has been reflected in a market valuation of around €450,000 as of June 2026, underlining his status as a player on an upward trajectory.
El Masry finalised the deal on 27 July 2026, with Ziani officially joining the squad on that date. He is now registered as an El Masry player and will compete for a place in the attacking line as the club looks to strengthen its position in the Egyptian Premier League.
The move confirms Ziani’s step from Moroccan football into one of Africa’s most competitive leagues, with the winger now part of El Masry’s first-team plans.
