Zakaria Eddahchouri: Levski Sofia linked with Deportivo La Coruna forward

Dutch-Moroccan forward Zakaria Eddahchouri, currently at Deportivo La Coruna, has been linked with a move to Bulgarian club Levski Sofia. The reported switch would take the 26-year-old centre-forward from La Liga to Bulgaria’s efbet Liga.

Eddahchouri has made one appearance for Deportivo this season, playing 11 minutes without scoring or providing an assist. He has not started a match and has featured in one of the club’s three possible league games.

The forward joined Deportivo from Telstar on 30 January 2025 in a deal reported at €300,000. He has a contract with the Spanish club until 30 June 2028, meaning any move to Levski Sofia would involve a transfer rather than a free departure.

Eddahchouri’s listed market value is €2.5m. He has played his senior football in the Netherlands and Spain, having moved to Telstar from Koninklijke HFC in July 2023 before making the switch to Deportivo.

Born in Papendrecht on 11 May 2000, Eddahchouri stands 1.87m tall and is right-footed. The rumour places him at Levski Sofia as the Bulgarian club considers a move for a forward who has had a limited role in Deportivo’s early league campaign.
