Ghanaian centre-forward William Owusu has joined AD Ceuta B from Torre del Mar on a free transfer, signing a deal with the Spanish side until 30 June 2027.
The 21-year-old arrives after a short spell at Torre del Mar, whom he joined in January 2026, and will now link up with Ceuta’s reserve set-up as they prepare for the new campaign. His move continues a rapid rise through the lower reaches of Spanish football over the past two seasons.
Owusu, born on 1 January 2005, operates primarily as a central striker and has already gained experience in the Spanish pyramid. Across recent campaigns he has featured in the Segunda Federacion Group IV and promotion play-off fixtures, making eight appearances and accumulating over 370 minutes of competitive action at that level.
Before his time at Torre del Mar, Owusu spent the second half of the 2024-25 season with Recre Granada after joining them from Atletico Porcuna, again on a free transfer. His first step into senior football came when he left Marbella’s under-19 side for Atletico Porcuna in the summer of 2024.
AD Ceuta B will now hold Owusu’s registration through to the end of the 2026-27 season after completing the permanent free transfer.
