Tottenham midfielder Lucas Bergvall is not expected to leave the club despite reported interest from Barcelona and Napoli, according to Football Insider.
The 20-year-old Sweden international is said to be happy at Tottenham and has developed a strong relationship with head coach Roberto De Zerbi.
De Zerbi played a key role in persuading Bergvall to sign a new contract with the club. The Italian believes the midfielder can establish himself as a regular in Tottenham’s first team in the future.
Bergvall has made six appearances for Tottenham in all competitions this season but has yet to register a goal or assist.
