Norway manager Stale Solbakken has confirmed that he discussed the proceedings involving Manchester City with striker Erling Haaland.
An independent commission previously found Manchester City guilty of serious breaches of Premier League financial regulations over a nine-season period. The club has not yet been given a punishment.
