Marina Safonova, the wife of Paris Saint-Germain and Russia goalkeeper Matvey Safonov, says she would agree to sign a marriage contract if her husband proposed one.
She has no reservations about such an agreement and views it as legal protection for both parties.
“This marriage is Safonov’s second,” the report notes. He was previously married to Anastasia, with whom he has a daughter.
Their divorce was difficult, and Safonov paid more than 60m roubles in alimony. His former wife also prevents him from seeing their child.
Marina Safonova said she would not object to a marriage contract, describing the matter simply: “Business is business.”
