Real Madrid have officially unveiled their third kit for the 2026-27 season, with the new strip featuring a bright pink colour and geometric patterns inspired by Latin American craftsmanship.
The kit was revealed on Wednesday, ahead of the start of Real Madrid’s new campaign. The club are due to begin their season on Saturday, 22 August, when they face Espanyol in the opening round of La Liga.
The striking pink shirt is complemented by white detailing across the design. White features on the V-shaped collar, the sleeves, the Adidas three stripes, the manufacturer’s logo and the Real Madrid crest.
According to Foot Mercato, the geometric elements of the shirt draw inspiration from traditional Latin American handicrafts. The design is intended to reflect the connection between Real Madrid and its supporters around the world, as well as the passion for the club that crosses national borders and cultural differences.
The third kit forms part of the club’s preparations for the 2026-27 season, which begins with the meeting against Espanyol on 22 August. Real Madrid’s new away look provides a clear contrast with the club’s familiar traditional colours, while retaining the white branding and crest associated with the team.
Adidas has also incorporated its Climacool technology into the shirt. The system is designed to help absorb moisture, while lightweight three-dimensional fabrics have been used to provide a more comfortable and improved fit.
The shirt’s bright colour, white accents and patterned details give it a distinctive appearance intended to appeal to Real Madrid supporters across different parts of the world. Its design combines the club’s identity with visual references to Latin American craftsmanship, reinforcing the global reach highlighted by the club.
Real Madrid will now turn their attention to the opening fixture of the new season, with Espanyol providing the opposition in the first round of La Liga. The newly unveiled third kit will be part of the club’s official equipment for the 2026-27 campaign.
