Real Madrid are showing serious interest in Bayer Leverkusen defender Jarell Quansah, according to SPORT BILD.
The Spanish club are monitoring the 23-year-old closely but would need to make a significant financial commitment to sign him.
Bayer Leverkusen rejected a €65m offer from Arsenal during the summer, highlighting the potential cost of any deal for Quansah. Real Madrid would therefore be expected to pay a substantial fee if they decide to pursue the England defender.
Quansah is also reportedly on Chelsea’s list of transfer targets.
Liverpool retain a buy-back option on the defender worth €70m, which can be activated until 15 June 2027.
Quansah has made six appearances in all competitions so far this season and has provided one assist.
