Racing boss Jose Alberto Lopez criticises refereeing in Real Madrid defeat

Racing manager Jose Alberto Lopez said a refereeing decision played a key role in his side’s La Liga match against Real Madrid on Sunday.

Real Madrid took the lead after 11 minutes when Kylian Mbappe converted a penalty. Jude Bellingham then doubled the visitors’ advantage before Jan Diomande scored a third goal shortly before half-time, effectively settling the contest.

Real Madrid are third in the table with 27 points, while Racing sit 16th on 11 points.
