Petar Sucic wants improved contract at Inter despite deal running until 2030

Inter midfielder Petar Sucic wants to extend his contract with the club, according to FcInter1908.

The Croatia international had expected to receive more playing time after completing his first season in Milan, but that increase has not yet materialised. Competition for places in Inter’s midfield has become stronger following the arrival of Curtis Jones.

Sucic’s representatives believe the time has come to review the terms of his current agreement. The midfielder earns about 1.5 million euros a year, making him one of the lowest-paid members of the Inter squad.

However, Inter do not consider the matter urgent because Sucic’s existing contract remains valid until 2030.

The midfielder has made five appearances in the league and Champions League this season, starting two of those matches.
