Paul Pogba has sparked fresh speculation about his future after sharing a cryptic “Tic tac” message on Instagram, prompting questions about whether the former France international is preparing to announce his next career move.
The 33-year-old midfielder remains a free agent after mutually terminating his contract with AS Monaco on August 19, bringing his spell at the Ligue 1 club to an early end.
Pogba posted a photograph accompanied by the two-word message but offered no further explanation, leaving supporters to speculate about its meaning.
There has been no official confirmation of a new club or an imminent announcement.
Injury-hit Monaco spell ends early
Pogba joined Monaco in June 2025 hoping to rebuild his career after returning from an 18-month doping suspension.
However, recurring fitness problems limited his involvement. He made just six appearances, including one start, and played approximately 115 minutes before the club and player agreed to end his contract, which had been due to expire in June 2027.
