New Hull City signing Nobel Mendy says he is delighted to finally achieve his childhood dream of playing in the Premier League after completing his move from Spanish side Rayo Vallecano.
The 21-year-old Senegal international has signed a five-year contract with Hull, with an option to extend his stay by another year.
The deal will keep him at the club until June 2031.
Hull confirmed that Mendy’s transfer was completed for a club-record fee, although the exact amount has not been disclosed.
