German-Cameroonian defender Noah Egouli has been linked with a move from Fortuna Dusseldorf to FSV Zwickau in the Regionalliga Northeast.
The 20-year-old centre-back joined Fortuna Dusseldorf’s first team from Dusseldorf II on 1 July 2026 and is under contract with the 3. Liga club until 30 June 2029. The reported interest comes with the transfer window closing on 31 August, although the move has not been confirmed.
Egouli has not played for Fortuna’s senior side in the 3. Liga or the DFB-Pokal this season. He has made one appearance for the club’s Oberliga Niederrhein team, starting and completing the full 90 minutes.
The defender previously moved through Dusseldorf’s youth structure, joining the club’s under-19 side from Hohenlind in July 2024 before progressing to Dusseldorf II a year later. He began his development at SC West’s youth setup before moving to Hohenlind.
Egouli is listed as holding German and Cameroonian nationality and has a recorded market value of €125,000. Any transfer to Zwickau would therefore involve a player who remains tied to Fortuna on a long-term contract, rather than one approaching the end of his deal.
