CAF president Patrice Motsepe has confirmed that Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda will remain the hosts of the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations, despite recent reports questioning whether the tournament would stay in East Africa.
Motsepe made the announcement on Thursday during the CAF Strategic Conference in Sal, Cape Verde, where leaders from the organisation’s 54 member associations are taking part.
