England and Ghana defender Lloyd Ofori-Manteaw has joined Millwall U21 from Norwich U21 on a free transfer.
The 19-year-old centre-back completed the move on 1 September 2026, beginning a new chapter after spending the previous part of his development within Norwich’s youth structure. No fee was involved in the switch, and Millwall have not announced a contract expiry date for the player.
Ofori-Manteaw joined Norwich U18 from Norwich’s youth team in July 2023 before moving into the club’s under-21 group two years later. He made three appearances in Premier League 2 for Norwich U21 and also featured once in the Premier League International Cup Under-21 competition.
His time at Norwich included a temporary move to Lowestoft during the 2025-26 campaign. He joined Lowestoft on loan on 15 October 2025 and returned to Norwich U21 on 22 December, before leaving the club at the end of that season.
The defender’s largest body of youth experience came in the Under-18 Premier League, where he made 47 appearances and scored four goals. He also played three times in the FA Youth Cup, registering one assist, giving him a record of regular involvement across Norwich’s youth competitions.
Ofori-Manteaw’s move to Millwall adds a player with experience at under-18 and under-21 level to the club’s development squad. His appearances have spanned domestic league and cup football, as well as a spell in the Premier League International Cup Under-21 competition.
The player’s dual nationality means he is eligible to represent both England and Ghana, although no senior or youth international appearances are recorded alongside the club career details.
Millwall U21 are Ofori-Manteaw’s third listed club, following his time with Norwich U21 and his loan spell at Lowestoft. His progression through Norwich’s age-group sides preceded the free transfer to Millwall, which was completed at the start of September.
