Germany and Angola centre-forward Mechak Quiala Tito has joined Rot-Weiß Erfurt on loan from Fortuna Dusseldorf until 30 June 2027.
The 20-year-old moves from Dusseldorf’s first team to Erfurt, who compete in the Regionalliga Northeast. The transfer was completed on 12 August 2026, with Tito returning to Fortuna Dusseldorf at the end of the loan period.
Tito is a right-footed striker who was born in Siegen and stands 1.85m tall. He is registered with Germany and Angola and will continue his senior career in the fourth tier of German football after making the move from a club competing in the 3. Liga.
He had been part of Fortuna Dusseldorf’s senior set-up since joining from Dusseldorf II on 1 July 2026. Before that move, Tito spent two seasons with Dusseldorf II after progressing from the club’s under-19 side, which he joined in July 2024.
Tito began his youth career at Viktoria Koln before moving to Dusseldorf’s youth ranks in 2018 on a free transfer. He subsequently advanced through the club’s under-17 and under-19 teams, before reaching the senior pathway at Dusseldorf II.
The striker has yet to make an appearance in the 2026-27 3. Liga campaign. He was not involved in Fortuna Dusseldorf’s opening fixture of the season, giving him the opportunity to seek regular competitive football with Erfurt.
His move takes him to a Rot-Weiß Erfurt side operating in the Regionalliga Northeast, a different level of competition from Fortuna Dusseldorf’s 3. Liga environment. The switch also gives the forward a fresh setting in which to add senior experience during the coming campaign.
Tito’s listed market value is €125,000, although no transfer fee has been given for the loan. His agreement with Erfurt is scheduled to end on 30 June 2027, when he is due to return to Fortuna Dusseldorf.
The loan transfer completes Tito’s move from Fortuna Dusseldorf to Rot-Weiß Erfurt.
