Manchester City manager Enzo Maresca says he expects the team to improve after their 3-2 victory away to RB Leipzig in the Champions League on Wednesday.
The visitors secured the win with Erling Haaland’s goal in the 78th minute, but were made to work hard for the result.
Maresca, who became Manchester City manager in July, said he still needed time to build a stronger relationship with the squad.
“I need to get to know the players better, and they need to get to know me,” the Italian said.
Maresca succeeded Pep Guardiola, who left the club after 10 years in charge.
