Manchester United would be prepared to let Joshua Zirkzee leave during the January transfer window, with the club reportedly valuing the Netherlands international at about €35m.
According to Calciomercato, the Red Devils would consider offers around that figure for the 25-year-old forward, who joined the club from Bologna in 2024.
Zirkzee has yet to establish himself as a regular starter at Old Trafford. He has not started a match for Manchester United this season and has played only 70 minutes in all competitions.
His limited involvement could lead to a move in January, with several Serie A clubs understood to be interested in the former Bologna player. Juventus, AC Milan, Fiorentina and AS Roma have all been linked with a possible deal, making a return to Italy a realistic option.
Manchester United would also be willing to consider a loan agreement that includes an option to buy. However, €35m is now understood to be the club’s benchmark for a permanent transfer.
Zirkzee scored for the Netherlands during the international break and still has several weeks to change his situation before the January window opens. His opportunities under Michael Carrick are expected to play an important part in determining whether he remains at Old Trafford.
The striker is contracted to Manchester United until June 2029, with the club holding an option to extend the agreement by a further season. His estimated market value is €20m.
Zirkzee earns €6,556,231 per year in England, equivalent to 4,261,550,150 FCFA.
Manchester United are due to play Tottenham in their sixth league match shortly. The fixture could provide another opportunity for Zirkzee to make an impression and increase his involvement under Carrick.
