Manchester United have reportedly been offered the chance to sign Monaco striker Folarin Balogun during the January transfer window.
The 25-year-old United States international has struggled to establish himself in Monaco’s starting XI, leaving his position at the club uncertain.
Transfer News Live, citing TEAMtalk, says Balogun’s services have been made available to Manchester United after the Red Devils suffered a long-term injury blow involving Benjamin Sesko.
Balogun’s market value is estimated at €50m by Transfermarkt experts, while Monaco are prepared to let the forward leave in January.
The former Arsenal academy player was also close to moving to Everton last summer, but the proposed transfer ultimately collapsed.
