Luis Enrique unbeaten in two meetings with Hansi Flick ahead of PSG v Barcelona

Paris Saint-Germain manager Luis Enrique has never lost to a side coached by Hansi Flick, with their two previous meetings producing one win and one draw.

The latest encounter comes when Paris Saint-Germain host Barcelona in the third round of the Champions League group stage.

The coaches first faced each other at the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar. Enrique was in charge of Spain, while Flick managed Germany, and the group-stage match ended in a 1-1 draw.

Their next meeting came in the 2024/25 Champions League group stage, when Enrique’s Paris Saint-Germain beat Flick’s Barcelona 2-1.

That result means Enrique remains undefeated against teams managed by Flick across his coaching career, ahead of their latest meeting in the competition.
