Belkessa, 20, switches clubs after spending the second half of the 2025-26 season with Carnoux, whom he joined on 10 February 2026 following a period without a club. His move to Ivancica Ivanec was completed on 25 August 2026.

Before joining Carnoux, Belkessa spent two seasons with Marignane G U19, having moved there from MGCB FC U17 in July 2022. He later left Marignane in July 2024 before returning to club football with Carnoux in February 2026.
His recorded youth and reserve-level appearances include 22 matches in National U19 Group D, where he scored twice, as well as 10 appearances in National 2 Group H. He also played three matches in the Coupe Gambardella. Across those National 2 appearances, he registered two assists.
Belkessa now begins a new chapter with Ivancica Ivanec after making the move directly from Carnoux. The transfer is a free move, with no fee attached to the switch.
