Internazionale have told Luis Henrique that he has been placed on the transfer list and can leave the club, with Roma preparing to consider a move for the Brazilian winger.
According to Sky Sport Italia, Inter spoke to Luis Henrique on Wednesday and informed him that offers had been received for his services. The club’s decision means that, should the player depart, Inter could look to sign another winger during the current transfer activity.
Luis Henrique accepted the situation, and Roma are expected to be his next destination. However, the two clubs have yet to reach an agreement over the transfer. The player himself has not rejected the possibility of moving to the capital and has accepted the proposed arrangement.
Roma’s immediate focus is on negotiations for Rodrigo Mora, meaning the Serie A club will only turn its attention to Luis Henrique after that deal has been resolved. The timing and scale of any approach for the Inter player will depend largely on how much Roma spend in their negotiations with Porto for Rodrigo Mora.
Inter are also close to completing the sale of Davide Frattesi to Lazio. Once that move is effectively finalised, the Italian club are expected to begin discussions with Liverpool over Curtis Jones.
Inter would consider signing Curtis Jones if the transfer fee is below 40 million euros. The midfielder is therefore a possible target as the club weighs its options following the expected departures of Luis Henrique and Frattesi.
For now, the proposed move involving Luis Henrique remains subject to an agreement between Internazionale and Roma. Although the player has accepted the possibility of leaving Inter, negotiations between the clubs still need to be completed before the transfer can proceed.
