Inter consider move for Al-Ittihad winger Moussa Diaby

French-Malian winger Moussa Diaby, currently at Al-Ittihad, has been linked with a move to Italian side Inter.

The 27-year-old right winger joined Al-Ittihad from Aston Villa in July 2024 for a reported €60m and remains under contract with the Saudi Pro League club until 30 June 2029.

Diaby has made 55 Saudi Pro League appearances for Al-Ittihad, scoring nine goals and providing 23 assists. He was part of the side that won the Saudi Arabian title and Saudi Cup in the 2024-25 season.

A move to Inter would represent another change of league for Diaby, who previously played in the Bundesliga and Premier League. He made 125 Bundesliga appearances for Bayer Leverkusen, recording 31 goals and 37 assists, before moving to Aston Villa in July 2023.

Diaby began his senior career at Paris St-Germain and also spent part of the 2017-18 season on loan at Crotone in Italy. He has since established himself as a left-footed wide player, with his current market value listed at €25m.

There is no indication that an agreement has been reached, and the link remains a transfer rumour. Diaby’s long-term contract means Al-Ittihad would be in a strong position if Inter were to pursue the France- and Mali-eligible player.
