Senegalese striker Ibrahima Dieng has joined Moroccan side Ittihad Tanger on a free transfer from AS Pikine in his homeland. The centre-forward switches from Senegal’s Ligue 1 to the Botola Pro Inwi, strengthening the attacking options of the Tanger outfit ahead of the new campaign.
Dieng, 20, arrives after coming through the ranks at Pikine, the club based in the suburb of Dakar where he was born. His move marks his first step into North African club football and a notable cross-border transfer between the Senegalese and Moroccan top flights.
Primarily a centre-forward, the right-footed attacker stands at 1.82m and is viewed as an orthodox central striker. He is listed with a market value of €50,000, underlining his status as a developing professional making the jump from domestic Senegalese football to a higher-profile league.
Born in Pikine on 31 August 2005, Dieng has spent his early career in Senegal’s top tier, where he established himself with Pikine before earning this move to Tanger. The transfer was completed on 21 July 2026, with the forward already registered as part of Ittihad Tanger’s squad.
Dieng’s arrival adds further depth through the middle for the Botola Pro Inwi side as they look to reshape their squad, with the Senegalese forward now officially an Ittihad Tanger player following his free transfer from Pikine.
