Frde bring Ghanaian midfielder Isaac Twum to Norway in free transfer

Ghanaian defensive midfielder Isaac Twum has joined Frde from fellow Norwegian club Fjra on a free transfer.

Twum, 28, moves to a side competing in the Norsk Tipping-Ligaen avd. 3, completing the switch on 3 August 2026. His arrival adds experience in central midfield as Frde strengthen their squad for the campaign.

The move ends Twum’s time with Fjra and represents a fresh chapter in his Norwegian football career. He joins Frde without a transfer fee, with the deal recorded as a free transfer.

Frde have now secured the services of a player whose listed position is defensive midfield, giving the club an established option in a role focused on protecting the defence and supporting the team’s structure.

Twum’s move from Fjra to Frde was completed on 3 August, with the Ghanaian midfielder now part of the Frde squad.
