FC Koln will host Schalke 04 at the RheinEnergieSTADION in Cologne on Saturday, 24 October 2026, with tickets available through official club channels and secondary marketplaces.
The two clubs have established histories in the Bundesliga, and FC Koln hold a narrow advantage in their most recent meetings. Schalke 04 are expected to rely on their defensive organisation when facing a Koln side that has shown considerable attacking threat.
How to buy tickets
The safest and primary option is the official FC Koln online ticket shop. Tickets are generally offered to club members first before any remaining allocation is released for general sale.
Schalke 04 supporters travelling to the match should use the club’s official ticketing channels. Away tickets are distributed directly through Schalke 04’s official sales portal for travelling fans and members.
If the official allocations sell out, supporters may find general admission tickets on secondary marketplaces such as StubHub. These platforms allow fans to buy and sell tickets for upcoming Bundesliga fixtures after the initial club allocation has gone.
Ticket prices
Prices at the RheinEnergieSTADION depend on whether tickets are bought directly from FC Koln at face value or through a resale platform.
Official tickets for standing areas, including the Sudkurve, cost about €16 to €20. Standard seating generally ranges from €35 to €80, depending on the section and view, including behind-the-goal, main-stand and opposite-stand locations.
Reduced-price tickets for children and other eligible supporters are usually available for between €12 and €30.
On secondary marketplaces, resale listings typically begin at about €115 to €145 for the remaining seats. Average prices vary by section but are generally between €250 and €350 per ticket. Premium seats and hospitality or VIP packages can cost €600 or more.
Recent form
FC Koln have won two, drawn one and lost two of their last five matches in all competitions. Their most recent game ended in a 2-1 Bundesliga defeat by Hamburger SV, following a difficult run that also included a 4-1 home loss to VfB Stuttgart.
Koln’s positive results in that period included a 3-2 victory over TSG Hoffenheim and an away win against Wurzburger Kickers in the DFB-Pokal. They scored eight goals and conceded seven across those five matches.
Schalke 04 have recorded two wins, two draws and one defeat in their last five games. Their latest match was a goalless home draw against SV Elversberg, while they had previously beaten 1. FC Union Berlin 3-1 away and held FC Bayern Munchen to a 0-0 draw.
Their only defeat in that sequence was a 3-0 loss to FC Augsburg. Schalke scored six goals and conceded four, giving them the stronger defensive record of the two sides.
Head-to-head record
The latest Bundesliga meeting, in March 2026, finished 1-1. In the 2. Bundesliga in February 2025, Koln won 1-0 at home.
Across the last five recorded meetings in the Bundesliga, 2. Bundesliga and a friendly, Koln have won twice, Schalke once and two matches have been drawn. The fixture is set for Saturday, 24 October 2026, although the head-to-head information also refers to it as Sunday’s match.
