England-Nigeria midfielder Ethan Nwaneri is being linked with a move from Arsenal to Fenerbahce in Turkey’s Super Lig.
The 19-year-old attacking midfielder returned to Arsenal in June after completing a loan spell with Marseille, where he had moved in January 2026. The loan was reportedly valued at €1.5m, before the player went back to his parent club at the end of the 2025-26 season.
Nwaneri has not made an appearance for Arsenal in the Premier League or Community Shield this season. His current market value is listed at €35m, while his highest recorded valuation has been €55m.
He joined Arsenal’s senior set-up from the club’s under-21 side in July 2024 and remains under contract until 30 June 2030. There is no indication that a deal with Fenerbahce has been agreed, and no transfer fee has been disclosed.
Nwaneri was part of Arsenal’s English championship-winning squad in 2025-26 and also won the European Under-21 Championship with England in 2025. He previously finished as the FA Youth Cup’s leading scorer in 2023-24, with six goals.
For now, the teenager remains an Arsenal player, with four years left on his current contract.
