Cristian Chivu: ‘I don’t think I will do this job all my life’

Inter head coach Cristian Chivu says he does not expect coaching to be his lifelong profession, despite guiding the club to the league title and Coppa Italia last season.

The Romanian manager said his approach to coaching was shaped by a desire to keep learning and improving. He added that he still considers himself a student of the game, even after winning major trophies.

“I don’t think I will do this job all my life,” Chivu said.

Chivu also stressed that he would continue working on his development for as long as he retained the motivation to improve. Under his leadership, Inter won the championship and Coppa Italia in the previous season.
