Cameroon winger Taddeus Nkeng is the subject of transfer interest from Club Africain, with the Stade Malien player linked with a move to Tunisia’s Ligue 1.
Nkeng, 26, joined Stade Malien from Gabonese club FC 105 Libreville on 1 August 2025, completing the move as a free agent. He operates primarily on the left wing and is listed as a right-footed attacker.
The forward has made 11 appearances in the CAF Champions League, scoring six goals. He has also played in Portugal’s second tier, the top flight in Venezuela and Finland’s Ykkosliiga during his career.
A move to Club Africain would add another chapter to a career that has included spells with FC Porto’s youth and reserve sides, Ukraine’s Olimpik Donetsk, HJK Helsinki and Carabobo FC. Nkeng won the Finnish championship with HJK in 2021.
His most recent change of club came after a period without a team, when he joined FC 105 Libreville in February 2025 before moving to Stade Malien six months later. The current rumour places him in contention for a switch to Club Africain, but no transfer has been confirmed.
Nkeng remains registered as a Stade Malien player, where his performances in continental competition have included six goals in 11 CAF Champions League appearances.
