Inter head coach Cristian Chivu said his side faced a number of difficulties during their 1-1 friendly draw with Milan in Australia on Wednesday.
The derby ended level after Federico Dimarco put Inter ahead early in the second half before Christopher Nkunku equalised for Milan with a late penalty.
