Club Omnisport de Korhogo held AS FAR of Rabat to a 0-0 draw in the first leg of their CAF Confederation Cup second preliminary-round tie on Saturday, 17 October 2026.
The match was played at the Amadou Gon Coulibaly Stadium in Cote d’Ivoire, where both sides produced an evenly contested first half. AS FAR were the more threatening team during some periods but were unable to turn their chances into goals.
CO Korhogo increased the tempo after the interval and put greater pressure on the Moroccan defence. The Ivorian side appeared to have taken the lead, but the goal was ruled out for offside.
Neither team could find a breakthrough despite continued efforts until the final whistle, leaving the tie finely balanced ahead of the return fixture.
The second leg will take place in Rabat on 25 October, with AS FAR aiming to secure qualification in front of their home supporters.
