Tottenham’s Pedro Porro is unlikely to join Barcelona during the January transfer window.
According to Esport3, Barcelona president Joan Laporta is a strong admirer of the Spain international. However, the club is not expected to pursue a deal for the 27-year-old this winter.
Barcelona are instead planning to make signing a central defender their priority in January, the report says.
Porro has played five matches for Tottenham in all competitions during the current campaign, but has not registered a goal or assist.
The defender’s market value is estimated at €45m by Transfermarkt.
