Lisandro Martinez could leave Manchester United at the end of the current season, according to football insider Ekrem Konur, who reported the possibility on social media.
The Argentina defender is attracting interest from two leading La Liga clubs. Barcelona and Atletico Madrid are expected to compete for his signature if he becomes available.
Martinez could depart Manchester United without a transfer fee because the club are unlikely to activate the option to extend his contract.
The 28-year-old has been with Manchester United since moving to the club in the summer of 2022. His current market value is estimated at €45m by Transfermarkt.
