Arnaud Kalimuendo, the French forward at Nottingham Forest, has been linked with a move to Frankfurt in a potential switch from the Premier League to the Bundesliga.
The 24-year-old joined Forest from Rennes for €30 million in August 2025 and remains under contract until June 2030. He spent part of the 2025-26 season on loan at Frankfurt before returning to the City Ground in June.
Kalimuendo has made four Premier League appearances this season, all as a substitute, without scoring or providing an assist. He also started Forest’s only EFL Cup match of the campaign, but has yet to register a goal in either competition.
The centre-forward developed at Paris St-Germain and won the French league title with the club in 2021-22 before joining Rennes permanently in 2022. He also won a silver medal with France at the 2024 Olympic Games.
A return to Frankfurt would represent another move between the two clubs for Kalimuendo, although no transfer fee or probability has been established for the reported switch. His current market value is listed at €20 million, while his Forest contract runs through 30 June 2030.
