Former Milan star Andriy Shevchenko has spoken favourably about the work of Portuguese manager Ruben Amorim, who took charge of the club last summer.
The Kyiv-born former striker left the club in 2006 after a distinguished spell in which he helped Milan win the Champions League. Shevchenko also claimed the Ballon d’Or in 2004.
Amorim’s appointment has since placed his work at the centre of attention, with Shevchenko offering an approving assessment of the Portuguese coach’s progress.
