Thailand and Libya forward Abdulrahman Essadi has joined Thai League club Lamphun Warrior from Police Tero FC on a free transfer.
The 23-year-old centre-forward completed the move on 12 August 2026 and has signed a contract running until 30 June 2027. He moves to Lamphun after spending the previous season with Police Tero in Thai League 2.
Essadi made 41 appearances in the competition, scoring six goals and providing two assists. He also featured in the Thai FA Cup, Thai Cup and Thai League 2 Playoffs during the campaign.
The transfer takes Essadi from a Thai League 2 side to a club competing in the Thai League. Lamphun Warrior will be his third senior club in Thailand, following his spells with Prime Bangkok and Police Tero FC.
Essadi joined Police Tero from Prime Bangkok on a free transfer in July 2024. His latest move also comes without a fee, with Police Tero releasing him before his switch to Lamphun.
Born on 29 June 2003, Essadi is listed as holding Thai and Libyan nationality. He stands 1.80 metres tall and favours his right foot. His primary position is centre-forward, the role in which he recorded his six Thai League 2 goals last season.
His most productive competition in the available record was the Thai League 2, where he played 1,105 minutes across his 41 appearances. He also accumulated 241 minutes in the Thai FA Cup, 224 in the Thai Cup and 15 in the league play-offs.
Essadi’s arrival gives Lamphun a forward with recent experience of Thai domestic football and a move between the country’s second and top tiers. His contract with the club is valid until the end of June 2027.
The Thailand and Libya international-eligible forward has now completed his free transfer from Police Tero FC to Lamphun Warrior.
